By accessing and using TailwindThemeMaker, a product of OcenSoft, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Use of Service

TailwindThemeMaker provides tools to generate, preview, and export Tailwind CSS themes. You are free to use the generated themes in any personal or commercial projects.

3. Pro Subscription

We offer a paid Pro Plan that unlocks premium features including unlimited palette saving and an ad-free experience.

• The Pro Plan is a one-time monthly purchase (30 days access).
• Access is granted immediately upon payment verification.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accountsthat violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Intellectual Property & Output Licensing

Your Ownership: OcenSoft claims zero ownership or copyright over the color palettes, configurations, shadows, animations, or code that you generate using TailwindThemeMaker. You retain full copyright and ownership of your creations.

CC0 (Public Domain) License: Any code blocks, CSS variables, or Tailwind configurations exported from this platform are provided under the Creative Commons CC0 (Public Domain Dedication) license. You are free to copy, modify, distribute, and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission or giving attribution.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service, code, and generators are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Accessibility Disclaimers: While TailwindThemeMaker includes contrast-checking and accessibility tools, final WCAG compliance and accessibility audits remain the sole responsibility of the implementer. We do not guarantee that the generated code will meet legal accessibility mandates in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall OcenSoft or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, system downtime, codebase corruption, or business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the platform or its generated code.
