By accessing and using TailwindThemeMaker, a product of Harmil Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Use of Service

TailwindThemeMaker provides tools to generate, preview, and export Tailwind CSS themes. You are free to use the generated themes in any personal or commercial projects.

3. Pro Subscription

We offer a paid Pro Plan that unlocks premium features including unlimited palette saving and an ad-free experience.

• The Pro Plan is a one-time monthly purchase (30 days access).
• Access is granted immediately upon payment verification.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accountsthat violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Disclaimer

The themes are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accessibility or production-readiness of any generated palette. Final implementation responsibility rests with the user.
