1. Overview

TailwindThemeMaker, operated by Harmil Labs, offers a Pro subscription plan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • You have experienced a technical issue caused by our platform that we are unable to resolve.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • The Pro features have been substantially used during the subscription period.
  • The request is based on a change of personal preference.

3. Subscription Cancellation

TailwindThemeMaker Pro is a one-time recurring monthly subscription. Your Pro access is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. You will not be automatically charged again — each renewal requires a manual purchase. There is no auto-renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at harmillabs@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers. Refunds are processed back through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
